New Washington is a village in Cranberry Township in Crawford County, Ohio, United States. The population was 967 at the 2010 census.
New Washington was laid out in 1833. It was incorporated as a village in 1874.
New Washington is located at 40°57′41″N 82°51′20″W / 40.96139°N 82.85556°W (40.961465, -82.855446).

As of the census of 2010, there were 967 people, 400 households, and 258 families residing in the village. The population density was 705.8 inhabitants per square mile (272.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.7% White, 0.2% African American, 0.6% from other races, and 0.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.0% of the population.
