New London is a city in Ralls County, United States at the intersection of US Route 61 and Missouri Route 19. The population was 974 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Ralls County.

New London is part of the Hannibal Micropolitan Statistical Area.

New London was platted in 1819. The community was named after the City of London, in England. A post office called New London has been in operation since 1820.

Lock and Dam No. 22 Historic District and Ralls County Courthouse and Jail-Sheriff's House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
