Nagaland Premier League (or NPL) is the top division football league in the Indian state of Nagaland.
It features the best 10 teams of Nagaland competing for the Trophy . Each club plays every other club twice (once at home and once away). Three points are awarded for a win, one for a draw and zero for a loss. At the end of the season a table of the final League standings is determined, based on the following criteria in this order: points obtained, goal difference, and goals scored.
At the end of each season the champion club will be promoted to I-League 2nd Division.
While there is no reports of any TV Coverage for the league the Nagaland Football Association have made strides to update fans and other people on the developments surrounding the league. So far the NFA's way of updating its fans is through Facebook and Twitter. The league also managed to set up a website called nagalandpremierleague.com which they will use to update the news surrounding the league.
This is the completed club list for the 2014 season.
