Montreal ePrix

The 2016–17 FIA Formula E season is the third and current season of the FIA Formula E championship beginning on 9 October 2016 in Hong Kong.Sébastien Buemi is the defending Drivers' Champion and Renault e.dams is the defending Teams' Champion.

FIA confirmed the season 3 calendar in July 2016. The series expands to twelve rounds at 9 venues. New rounds in Hong Kong and Marrakesh and double-header rounds in New York City and Montreal are added while Moscow, Punta del Este and London were dropped. The Monaco ePrix returned to the calendar after a one-year absence. The Berlin ePrix will return to Tempelhof Airport for a double-header round.

Championship points are awarded as follows:

Bold – Pole
Italics – Fastest Lap
* – FanBoost

† – Drivers did not finish the race, but were classified as they completed more than 90% of the race distance.
