The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (Spanish: Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad) is the Ministry of Economic and Industrial affairs.

When Mariano Rajoy was elected as the Prime Minister, he divided the ministry into two and appointed Luis de Guindos as the Minister of Economy and Competitiveness of Spain and Cristóbal Montoro as the Minister of the Treasury and Public Function.

The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness is a department of the General Administration responsible for suggesting and carrying out the Government policy in economic and reformative affairs in order to improve competitiveness, scientific research, technological development and innovation in all areas, commercial policy and support to companies.

The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness is organised in the following superior bodies:
