The Ministry of the Treasury and Public Function (Spanish: Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública) is the Ministry responsible for developing and executing the government's public finance policy and executing the government's policy about the relationships between the government and the functionaries.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Service is responsible for the proposal and execution of the government's policy on public finances, budgets and expenditures, in addition to the other powers conferred by the legal system. It is also up to this ministry to propose and implement the government's policy on public function and governance.
The Ministry of the Treasury and Public Function is organised in the following superior bodies:
