Millersburg is a town in Clinton and Benton townships, Elkhart County, Indiana, United States. The population was 903 at the 2010 census.
Millersburg was platted in 1855. It was named for its founder, Solomon Miller.

The racial makeup of the town was 97.0% White, 0.6% African American, 0.9% Native American, 1.1% from other races, and 0.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.4% of the population.
