Mifflin is a village in Ashland County, Ohio, United States. The population was 137 at the 2010 census.
Mifflin was originally called Petersburg, and under the latter name was laid out in 1816. A post office called Mifflin was established in 1841, and remained in operation until 1907.

As of the census of 2010, there were 137 people, 57 households, and 39 families residing in the village. The population density was 761.1 inhabitants per square mile (293.9/km2). Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.7% of the population.
