Micromeria forbesii is a species of flowers that belong to the Micromeria genus. The species are endemic in Cape Verde.
Described by George Bentham, its local name is erva-cidreira, a name that can also refer to Melissa officinalis in Europe and North America and Lippia alba in Brazil. Its other local name is cidreirinha.
