Metcalf is a village in Young America Township, Edgar County, Illinois, United States. The population was 189 at the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2000, there were 213 people, 80 households, and 61 families residing in the village. The population density was 385.8 people per square mile (149.5/km²). There were 93 housing units at an average density of 168.4 per square mile (65.3/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.53% White, 0.47% from other races.
