Meshchovsky District (Russian: Мещо́вский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Kaluga Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,237.54 square kilometers (477.82 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Meshchovsk. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 12,161, with the population of Meshchovsk accounting for 33.7% of that number.
