Mendoza, Texas
Mendoza is an unincorporated community in Caldwell County, in the U.S. state of Texas.
A post office was established at Mendoza in 1892, and remained in operation until 1911. Sources differ whether the community was named for Antonio de Mendoza, or a local settler.
