Medyka [mɛˈdɨka] is a village in Przemyśl County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Medyka. It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Przemyśl and 72 km (45 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
Until 1948 the village belonged to the Drohobych Oblast of the Ukrainian SSR.
In 2006 the village had a population of approximately 2,800.
One of the main road border crossings between Poland and Ukraine is located there. One of the main rail lines between Poland and Ukraine runs through the village and crosses the border nearby.
The town across the border in Ukraine is Shehyni.
