Meadowlakes is a city in the Hill Country of Burnet County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,777 at the 2010 census.
Meadowlakes is located in southern Burnet County at 30°33′42″N 98°17′45″W / 30.561740°N 98.295821°W, on the north shore of the Colorado River. It is bordered to the northeast by Marble Falls and is 49 miles (79 km) northwest of downtown Austin.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Meadowlakes has a total area of 0.77 square miles (2.0 km2), of which 0.02 square miles (0.04 km2), or 2.06%, is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,293 people, 573 households, and 472 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,673.2 people per square mile (648.4/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.83% White, 0.23% African American, 0.46% Native American, 0.77% Asian, 0.08% from other races, and 0.62% from two or more races.
