Math the Band is an American electronic band formed in 2001 in Westford, Massachusetts by Kevin Steinhauser, with Justine Mainville joining in 2007. The band uses vintage analog synthesizers, drum machines, hacked videogame systems and homemade synthesizers to make loud, fast, punk music. The band has performed over 1000 shows throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom, touring with bands such as Andrew W.K., Japanther, Wheatus, MC Frontalot, mc chris, MC Lars,and Peelander-Z. Math the Band has been featured in several magazines such as Venus Zine and Keyboard Magazine. They were also featured on NPR Music. Now based in Providence, Rhode Island, Math the Band are artists in residence at the non-profit, AS220.

In 2014, Math the Band added Jon Pagano, Neil King, Max Holbrook, Jeff McGowen and Joe DeGeorge to their line-up and modified the band name to "Math the Band the Band". They now play as this outfit.

GET REAL! is the tenth studio album by Math the Band. Released in November 2012, the album includes 16 songs, 13 of which have accompanying music videos.

January 2008 - is a single released by Math the Band in November 2013. The song became the first single from the album Stupid And Weird, which will be released in 2014.

The video was loaded on YouTube channel at November 22, 2013. At the beginning it shows a girl, which is playing the slot machines. Then mother tries to take her back, but her phone rings, and while she is speaking on the phone, the girl creeps under the slot machine and enters the portal through which she penetrates into the forest. There she runs away from various monsters and beasts and kills them with gun.
