Marand County (Persian: شهرستان مرند) is a county in East Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Marand. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 229,215, in 59,097 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Yamchi District. The county has seven cities: Marand, Jolfa, Alamdar-Gargar, Bonab Jadid, Koshksaray, Yamchi, and Zonuz.
