Manorhaven is a village in Nassau County, New York on the North Shore of Long Island. As of the United States 2010 Census, the village population was 6,556.
The Incorporated Village of Manorhaven is in the Town of North Hempstead, and in the Port Washington school and fire districts.
Manorhaven is located at 40°50′31″N 73°42′50″W / 40.84194°N 73.71389°W (40.842013, -73.713783).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), of which, 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2) of it (25.40%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 6,138 people, 2,401 households, and 1,627 families residing in the village. The population density was 13,055.6 people per square mile (5,042.3/km²). There were 2,471 housing units at an average density of 5,255.8 per square mile (2,029.9/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 76.60% White, 1.30% African American, 0.26% Native American, 13.38% Asian, 5.16% from other races, and 3.29% from two or more races.
