Lower Mount Walker is a locality split between the Scenic Rim Region and City of Ipswich local government areas of South East Queensland, Australia. At the 2011 Australia Census the locality and surrounds recorded a population of 264.
The Bremer River passes through the locality. Lower Mount Walker is home to a remnant swamp tea-tree forest which is considered critically endangered.
The Mount Walker Lower State School opened on 12 November 1923 and closed about 31 August 1945.
