List of Big Brother 16 housemates (UK)

The following is a list of housemates in the sixteenth series of Big Brother UK.

Aaron Frew, aged 24, is a model from Northampton. He entered the House on Day 1. On Day 13, Aaron was nominated by his fellow Housemates, however in a twist, all of the nominated Housemates were saved and swapped with the Housemates that were originally told they were safe. On Day 17, Aaron was ejected from the House following inappropriate behaviour.

Adjoa Mensah, aged 22, is a model and law student from Manchester. She was born to Ghanaian parents and her first language is Dutch. Following her entry on Day 1, the public voted for her alongside four other Housemates to participate in the series' first Timebomb challenge. On Day 6, Adjoa was nominated by her fellow Housemates face-to-face. On Day 11, she became the second Housemate to be evicted having received the most votes to evict against Eileen and Sarah.

Amy and Sally Broadbent, both aged 27, are twins from Manchester. They are competing as one Housemate. Amy is a nightclub host whilst Sally is a personal trainer. Before appearing on Big Brother, both Amy and Sally briefly appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, and Amy took part in Love Machine, a dating show. They entered the House on Day 1. Despite surviving nominations on Day 13, a twist meant that the Housemates originally safe would face eviction instead meaning Amy & Sally faced the second eviction. They eventually became the third Housemate to be evicted on Day 18 having received the most votes to evict.

Chloe Wilburn, aged 25, is an office administrator from Doncaster. She entered the House on Day 1. Despite surviving nominations on Day 13, a twist meant that the Housemates originally safe would face eviction instead meaning Chloe faced the second eviction. She survived this eviction on Day 18. On Day 35, Chloe was nominated for the next eviction following a twist meaning Marc and the legends; consisting of Brian Belo, Helen Wood and Nikki Grahame were solely responsible for deciding who should be nominated. She survived this eviction on Day 39. After missing out on immunity during the Cash Bomb twist, Chloe was nominated for eviction on Day 55 after Nick saved himself by placing the highest bid from the prize fund money. This meant that he had to choose a Housemate to take his place, and chose Chloe as she was the only eligible Housemate. On Day 58, as part of another Cash Bomb twist, Chloe was offered the chance to take £5,000 for herself or add it to the prize fund for the winner to receive. She decided to take it for herself. She survived the eviction on Day 60 earning herself a place in the final. On Day 66, Chloe was voted the winner of the series.
