Leo Seigal (born April 6, 1991) is a British serial entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of direct-to-consumer women's accessories brand Pop & Suki.

In 2012, Seigal dropped out halfway through a languages degree at Oxford University to found celebrity crowd-fundraising platform Prizeo and take part in the technology start-up incubator Y Combinator’s 2013 program. At Prizeo, Seigal spearheaded campaigns such as Samuel L. Jackson's reddit monologue contest and George R.R. Martin's Game Of Thrones fundraiser, as well as pioneering the platform's YouTube-focused fundraising efforts. In June 2015, it was announced that Prizeo had been acquired by tech mogul Todd Wagner.

In 2014, Seigal co-founded Represent.com, a service allowing users to create branded merchandise online, with clients such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, James Franco, and Will Ferrell. Notable influencer campaigns included Ronda Rousey's fundraiser for Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, grossing $2.3 million in t-shirt sales. In February 2016 it was announced that the company had been acquired by CustomInk in a deal worth an estimated $100m, an acquisition referred to by TechCrunch as a "milestone in the Los Angeles startup scene".

In 2016, Seigal co-founded the accessories brand Pop & Suki with Poppy Elizabeth Jamie and Suki Waterhouse, where he is currently the CEO. The brand is targeted at the millennial consumer, with a "Tumblr-pink" aesthetic, a focus on customization, and a direct-to-consumer business model, and has been worn by celebrities including Jessica Alba, Emily Ratajkowski, Lena Dunham, Cara Delevingne and Lady Gaga.Who What Wear referred to the brand's signature Camera Bag as the "Bag Every It Girl Owns".
