"Last Dance" is a song by English singer Dua Lipa from her eponymous debut studio album (2017). Lipa wrote the song with Stephen "Koz" Kozmeniuk and Talay Riley, with Kozmeniuk handling the song's production. It was released on 9 February 2016 as the album's second single. The track appears on the deluxe edition of Dua Lipa. It peaked at number four on the Billboard Twitter Emerging Artists chart, spending seven weeks on it.
"Last Dance" is a chillwave and synth-pop song featuring a "dance-heavy" and electronic production that some compared to that of Major Lazer and Justin Bieber. The song then builds up to an electronic segment of the song that puts Lipa's vocals in center focus. Lyrically, "Last Dance" finds Lipa "[e]xploring a particularly intense relationship that could crash and burn at a milliseconds notice". The song moves at 136 beats per minute.
Robin Murray of Clash praised the single, writing that the single has "innate energy and a real pop intelligence." Bianca Gracie of Idolator wrote that the song "will immediately hit you at your waistline, thanks to the 20-year-old's sultry and bold vocals." She additionally called it a "future festival staple." Jessica Boyle of Pulse Media praised Lipa's "husky vocals."
The music video for "Last Dance", directed by Jon Brewer and Ian Blair, premiered on 18 March 2016. The video was filmed in California's rainforests in December 2015, and features Lipa running around a "technicoloured forest".
