Koru Club

The Koru Lounge is the name for Air New Zealand's network of domestic airline lounges in New Zealand. For its international network, they are simply called the Air New Zealand International Lounge.

Air NZ has a comprehensive network of departure lounges at most regional and domestic airports.

Koru members and travellers of Star Alliance Gold or Elite Partner status may take one guest into Air New Zealand operated lounges if space is available. Elite members may bring up to five guests into lounges. Additional guests may be taken into a lounge provided you have a Koru Guest Card or single entry lounge passes.

For International flights there are lounges with a wide range of services. These services includes internet and printer access, showers, business facilities, regional television and light meals. These lounges can be accessed by both paid-up Koru Club members and Star Alliance Gold members, as well as business premier class passengers.

Air New Zealand also contracts with other operators for access to international lounges at the following airports:

These lounges can be accessed by Star Alliance Gold status customers flying on the Star Alliance network. Koru members may use these lounges other than specified, if they are flying on an Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flight.
