Kirzhachsky District (Russian: Киржа́чский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the sixteen in Vladimir Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,135 square kilometers (438 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Kirzhach. Population: 42,159 (2010 Census); 45,188 (2002 Census);49,846 (1989 Census). The population of Kirzhach accounts for 71.1% of the district's total population.
