Khislavichsky District (Russian: Хиславичский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-five in Smolensk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,161.00 square kilometers (448.26 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a settlement) of Khislavichi. Population: 9,070 (2010 Census);12,007 (2002 Census);15,071 (1989 Census). The population of Khislavichi accounts for 45.6% of the district's total population.
