Khekada is a City and Tehsil Headquarters & Nagar Palika Parishad of Baghpat district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is 28 Kilometres from Delhi ISBT & 37 Kilometres from New Delhi Parliament of India.

The name Khekada is also pronounced Khekra.

Khekada is situated on the Delhi – Saharanpur State Highway No-57 at a distance of 28 Kilometres from Delhi ISBT and 10 Kilometres from South of Baghpat District. Khekada is also a multi-religious place with many Hindu Temples, Churches, Jain temples and mosques. From the commercial point of view, Khekada has great importance. The City has a famous Anaj Mandi called and District Hq of Krishi Utpadan Mandi at Duhdahera Road & Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Near Tahseel Complex. Famous Hindi Author Tejpal Singh Dhama, born in Vikrami Samvata 2028. and the village is Khekra of Baghpat Distt. of Uttar Pradesh in India.

At the 2011 India census, Khekada had a population nearby 40,000. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Khekada had an average literacy rate of 62%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy was 70% and female literacy was 52%. In Khekada, 16% of the population were under 6 years of age.

The city's is oldest Town Area Committee in all over Baghpat district and established in 1884 with Kanpur City. This City main commercial activities include making stainless steel utensils, Hathkargha Udyog, Handicraft power looms and agricultural and farming equipment. Almost all the production of the handloom and power loom units of Khekada is exporting to the western world and getting foreign money every year nearby 1000 Crore. Its textile industry is famous for home furnishing items like rug, kitchen towels, curtains, table covers, bedsheets, place mats, quilts and napkins. The iron industries manufacture agricultural items like cutters to sale in All over in India.

Khekada is served by railway and buses, though there is no bus terminus in the City.

The transport facility is also available hourly from Khekra Railway station to The Temple. The world most famous Temple of Jainies is Sadhu Vritti Ashram, Baragaon village and also drop at Shri Parasnath Prachin temple, Baragaon village and Trilok Teerth, Baragaon village

The railway station was inaugurated by Indira Gandhi in 1972 as a broad gauge line; earlier it was a narrow gauge, famously called Choti Line.

Santo Ka Bara is a religious place situated near Tanga Stand. There are celebrations twice a year of Santo Ka Mela, 1st at Holi and 2nd at Diwali and 3rd at Sawan Purnima. Santo Ka Bara has many devotees from Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, U.P., Punjab and North India region, Presently Mahatma Shri Devendra Das Ji Maharaj is now Mahant of the Holy Chair. This place is now in Mahabharat Circuit of District Baghpat.
Kale Singh Temple is a temple in city and area. The temple is situated in very green area so many people enjoy it as a picnic site and place of worship.
Balaji Temple is situated in the centre of Khekada City between Pandav Ki Pulia and Yadav Chowk.
Jama Masjid is a mosque situated near Pandav Ki Pulia.
Shiv Mandir is in the city. There are five temples in the city, but in Mohalla Ahiran Shiv Mandir is very famous.
