Kaleybar County (Persian: شهرستان کلیبر) is a county in East Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Kaleybar. In addition to the capital city, the county is noted for the Arasbaran forests protected area and the Bazz Galasi, the fortress of Babak Khorramdin.
At the 2006 census, the county's population (including those portions later split off to form Khoda Afarin County) was 87,259, in 19,250 families; excluding those portions, the population was 52,798, in 11,758 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Abish Ahmad District. The county has two cities: Kaleybar and Abish Ahmad.
