KMCW-LD is a low-power television station in Medford, Oregon, broadcasting locally on channel 14. It is owned by Northwest Broadcasting, owner of Fox Broadcasting Company affiliate KMVU-DT Fox 26 and MyNetworkTV affiliate KFBI-LD My 48, both also of Medford. It used to be owned by Sainte Partners II, L.P., the station's founders.

The station was an affiliate of the NBC-owned Spanish-language Telemundo network until that affiliation moved over to KFBI-DT2 Channel 48.2 replacing This TV, also has been affiliated with the Spanish-language TV network, MundoMax. Channel 14 is now affiliated with the Sonlife Broadcasting Network.

KMCW-LD first hit the air on April 22, 2003. It was acquired by Modesto, California-based Sainte Partners II, L.P. (owner was Chester Smith) in 2006 and its new sister station KFBI-LD My 48 would begin airing its programming in July 2006. KMCW began carrying NBC-owned Spanish language network Telemundo and aired via internet link from its California headquarters in Chico, California.

In November 2007, it was announced that KMCW and sister station KFBI were up for sale, but they were never purchased. It remained Sainte property from then on.

In April 2012, station owners Sainte Television Group (aka Sainte Partners II) entered into a local marketing agreement with Bonten Media Group, a New York-based private equity group which owns Northern California ABC and MeTV affiliates KRCR-TV in Redding, California, and KAEF-TV in Eureka, California. Esteem Broadcasting now owns and operates Sainte's former Northern California full power stations in Chico and Eureka. Operated by Bonten Media under a shared service agreement with Esteem Broadcasting. KMCW and its sister station KFBI were not included in the package as well as the Sacramento KCSO Telemundo affiliate. KMCW and KFBI were sold to Northwest Broadcasting, owner of KMVU-DT in Medford. KMCW replaced This TV (which now airs on KOBI-TV sub-channel 5.2) with Telemundo on sub-channel 48.2 while still airing on channel 14.
