KHBS-DT2, licensed to Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States, and KHOG-DT2, licensed to Fayetteville, are the CW-affiliated television stations for Northwest Arkansas. The stations are second digital subchannels of ABC-affiliates KHBS and KHOG-TV, which are both owned by the Hearst Television subsidiary of the Hearst Corporation. Over the air, KHBS-DT2 broadcasts a high-definition digital signal on UHF channel 21.2 (or virtual channel 40.2 via ) from a transmitter on Cavanal Hill northwest of Poteau, Oklahoma. KHOG-DT2 broadcasts an HD digital signal on UHF channel 15.2 (or virtual channel 29.2 via PSIP) from a transmitter located southeast of Fayetteville. KHBS-DT2 and KHOG-DT2 are known on-air together as the Arkansas CW. Their parent stations have studios on Ajax Avenue in Rogers.
All programming on KHBS-DT2 and KHOG-DT2 is received through The CW's programming feed for smaller media markets, The CW Plus, which provides a set schedule of syndicated programming acquired by The CW during time periods without network programs; however, Hearst handles local advertising and promotional services for the subchannel.
