KCEL (96.1 FM "Que Buena 96.1") is a radio station broadcasting a Regional Mexican format. Licensed to Mojave, California, United States, it broadcasts from Palmdale and serves the Antelope Valley area. The station is owned by High Desert Broadcasting Company.
KCEL signed on as 106.9 K-Cell with a variety format, intensive to jazz, country music and oldies, but had many different specialty shows hosted locally in California City, California, including Rock music on Wednesday nights. In September 2003, KCEL changed programming formats to Oldies for a short time before being sold to High Desert Broadcasting, at which point the format and changed programming format to its current Regional Mexican format, targeting the Antelope Valley. On January 1, 2009, the KCEL call letters and the Regional Mexican format moved 106.9 FM to 96.1 FM and is now branded as Radio Lazar 96.1.
