The Japan women's national rugby union team are a national sporting side of Japan, representing them at rugby union. The side first played in 1991.
Japan made their debut at the 1991 Women's Rugby World Cup. Since then, Japan has appeared at two other World Cups, the 1994 and the 2002 Women's Rugby World Cup.
In 2015 they won the Asia Rugby Women's Championship.
