Iuka is a village in Marion County, Illinois, United States. The population was 489 at the 2010 census, down from 598 in 2000.

According to the 2010 census, Iuka has a total area of 0.792 square miles (2.05 km2), of which 0.79 square miles (2.05 km2) (or 99.75%) is land and 0.002 square miles (0.01 km2) (or 0.25%) is water.
