Ingiloys (Hers) (Georgian: ინგილოები/ჰერები) or Ingiloi are an ethnic group of Georgian descent, living in northwestern Azerbaijan. Ingiloys speak the Ingiloy dialect of Georgian.

Brockhaus and Efron Encyclopedic Dictionary states that Ingiloys are an alternative name to Muslim Georgians. By religion, Ingiloys are divided to Christians and Shia Muslims. The majority of Muslim Ingiloys live in Zaqatala Rayon (Aliabad and Mosul villages) and Balakan Rayon (İtitala) and Christian Ingiloys in Qakh Rayon (Qax İngiloy, Böyük Alatəmir, Qaxbaş, Əlibəyli, Meşəbaş, Zəyəm, Xələftala, Qarameşə, Qımır). They were part of the population of the former Elisu Sultanate and the Djaro-Belokani communities.

As a result of missionary activities of the Orthodox Christianity Restoration Society, Ingiloys converted to Christianity in 1860, creating 12 laities, but in 1863, 9 of them converted back to Islam. In 1892, 62 converted to Christianity.

In the village Əlibəyli, there is Qakh State Georgian Drama Theatre. In 2009, documentary called "Ingiloys", dedicated to history, culture, traditions of this ethnic group was filmed in Azerbaijanfilm.
