Infopark, Kochi (Malayalam: ഇൻഫോപാർക്ക് കൊച്ചി) is an information technology park situated in the city of Kochi, Kerala, India. Established in 2004 by the Government of Kerala, Infopark Phase I is spread over a 101 acres (40.9 ha) campus with 3,200,000 sq ft (297,300 m2) of operational built-up space, and an additional 2,000,000 sq ft (185,800 m2) is now under construction, housing over 200 companies which employ close to 32,000 professionals. The park is currently on expansion mode and is adding another 160 acres (64.7 ha) as part of its Phase II expansion. The notable tenants in the park include Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Wipro, UST Global, IBS Software Services etc. and Multinational corporations like KPMG, Ernst & Young, EXL Services, Etisalat DB Telecom, Nielsen Audio, Xerox ACS, Qburst Technologies, Tata ELXSI etc.
IT exports from Infopark continued to register robust growth in 2013-14 with revenues rising 53% year-on-year to Rs 2,350 crores which is more than one-third of the State’s total IT exports. A huge real estate boom was triggered soon after Infopark started to attract big MNC from around the globe. Infopark changed the landscape and lifestyle of Kochi and Kakkanad. A new culture got evolved and more and more commercial and residential ventures started to rice up which then extended the limits of kochi city to further north end.
The park is built on the 'Hub and Spoke model' for the development of the Information Technology industry in Kerala. InfoPark Kochi acts as the hub to the spokes located at Thrissur and Cherthala.
