Huang Tien-mu (Chinese: 黃天牧; pinyin: Huáng Tiānmù) is a Taiwanese politician. He had served as the vice chairperson of the Financial Supervisory Commission from September 2013 to October 2016, when he was named acting chairperson of the same commission. He was succeeded in office by Lee Ruey-tsang.
Huang obtained his bachelor's degree in banking and finance from National Chengchi University in 1980, master's degree in law from National Sun Yat-sen University in 1984 and doctoral degree in public administration from the University of Southern California in the United States in 1993.
