Herzliya Pituah

Herzliya Pituach (Hebrew: הרצליה פיתוח‎‎) is a wealthy beachfront district in western Herzliya, Israel, home to about 10,000 residents. It is part of the Tel Aviv District. Herzliya Pituach is known for its hotels, restaurants and high-tech industry.

The Herzliya marina, built in the 1980s at the initiative of mayor Eli Landau, covers an area of 500 dunams (0.5 km²). The marina complex includes the Arena shopping mall and a variety of restaurants overlooking the water. The construction of the marina sparked controversy due to allegations that it damaged the beach.
