Judicus Marinus Henricus Jacobus "Henry" Keizer (born 4 November 1960) is a Dutch businessman and a former Chairman of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy, the leading political party in the Netherlands.

After having been elected on 14 June 2014 Keizer on 26 May 2015 stated that the Netherlands should introduce an electoral threshold. He also declared that he would make integrity a central theme.

In 2017 the Dutch platform for investigative journalism Follow the Money (FTM) published an article accusing Henry Keizer and three companions that they unfairly had enriched themselves by buying an enterprise for funeral services from the Royal Association for Facultative Cremation at a fancy price. Keizer was adviser to the Board of the Association and allegedly there was a conflict of interests. Keizer denied having done anything wrong and claimed that the take-over was based on independent audit reports. His party for the time being decided not to consult its Integrity Committee. Later on at the request of Keizer the Integrity Committee of the VVD did start an investigation. Pending the results he decided to temporarily suspend his duties as president of the VVD.

On May 15 2017 a criminal complaint based on scams was filed against Keizer and others involved in the take-over at the prosecutor's office. On May 18 2017 Keizer announced his resignation as VVD-partychairman. He stated that he wants to concentrate on refuting "the flow of untrue accusations and insinuations."
