Hedley is a city in Donley County, Texas, United States. The population was 329 at the 2010 census, down from 379 at the 2000 census.

Hedley is located in southeastern Donley County at 34°52′2″N 100°39′35″W / 34.86722°N 100.65972°W / 34.86722; -100.65972 (34.867099, -100.659761).U.S. Highway 287 passes through the community, leading northwest 14 miles (23 km) to Clarendon, the county seat, and southeast 43 miles (69 km) to Childress. Texas State Highway 203 leads east from Hedley 30 miles (48 km) to Wellington.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.73 square miles (1.9 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 379 people, 161 households, and 98 families residing in the city. The population density was 520.1 people per square mile (200.5/km²).
