Harold Creeth Miller (born 1950) is the current bishop of the Diocese of Down and Dromore in the Church of Ireland. Coming from a Methodist background, he was elected bishop in 1997 and is considered to represent an evangelical position within the Church. Miller was elected Bishop of Down and Dromore on 18 February 1997 and consecrated on 25 April 1997.

Bishop Miller received the Archbishop Ramsey Award from Nashotah House Theological Seminary in Nashotah, Wisconsin on 25 May 2016. The Archbishop Ramsey award is given to an individual who has distinguished themselves in one of the following areas: Ecclesiology; Ecumenism, Ascetic Spiritual Theology, or Priestly Formation & Liturgy. Harold Miller was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and baptized a Methodist. He went to university at Trinity College, Dublin, just as the 'Troubles' were beginning in Belfast, where he studied English and Philosophy. It was at Trinity that he received his call to ordained ministry in the Church of Ireland. He then went to St. John's College Nottingham for ordination training, pursuing a degree in theology and a Diploma in Pastoral Studies. Bishop Miller was ordained a deacon on St. John Baptist Day in 1976 and presbyter a year later. After his curacy, he joined the staff at his alma mater and co-edited his first book on Liturgy, Anglican Worship Today. In 1984, Bishop Miller returned to Ireland where he was chaplain at Queen's University, Belfast, then rector of a church in Cork, canon at several cathedrals, and, in 1997, was asked to be Bishop of Down and Dromore, one of the two biggest dioceses of the Church of Ireland. Bishop Miller is involved in a number of organizations in the Church of Ireland and beyond. He has authored various publications.
