Hakimi Lebovic will be a stop on the Toronto Transit Commission's Eglinton Crosstown line. It will be located in the Golden Mile neighbourhood at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue and Lebovic Avenue. It is one of three stations on the line which do not connect to any buses, and is scheduled to open in 2021.
In a report to the TTC Board on November 23, 2015, it was recommended that stations on Line 5 Eglinton LRT should be given unique names. The TTC, at that meeting, requested that Metrolinx change the name of the station from Lebovic to Hakimi, after the road that runs north off the same intersection. On January 15, 2016, the board of director in Metrolinx decided to use Hakimi Lebovic as the final name of the station.
