Grapeville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 676 at the 2000 census.

Grapeville is located at 40°19′29″N 79°36′25″W / 40.32472°N 79.60694°W / 40.32472; -79.60694 (40.324588, -79.606937).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 676 people, 260 households, and 187 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 5,160.6 people per square mile (2,007.7/km²). There were 277 housing units at an average density of 2,114.6/sq mi (822.7/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.96% White, 0.15% African American, 0.15% Asian, 0.30% from other races, and 0.44% from two or more races.

There were 260 households out of which 30.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.6% were married couples living together, 12.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.7% were non-families. 22.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.60 and the average family size was 3.08.
