Gmina Cybinka is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, on the German border. Its seat is the town of Cybinka, which lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Słubice, 57 km (35 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra, and 67 km (42 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The gmina covers an area of 279.72 square kilometres (108.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,771 (out of which the population of Cybinka amounts to 2,668, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 4,103).
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Krzesin Landscape Park.
Apart from the town of Cybinka, Gmina Cybinka contains the villages and settlements of Białków, Białkówek, Bieganów, Drzeniów, Grzmiąca, Kłopot, Koziczyn, Krzesin, Maczków, Mielesznica, Radzików, Rąpice, Rybojedzko, Sądów, Szydłów, Tawęcin and Urad.
