Giuncugnano was a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lucca in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northwest of Florence and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northwest of Lucca. On 1 January 2015 it was merged with Sillano in the new comune of Sillano Giuncugnano.
Giuncugnano bordered the following municipalities: Casola in Lunigiana, Fivizzano, Minucciano, Piazza al Serchio, Sillano.
