Federal Bridge Corporation Limited (FBCL, in French La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée) is the name of two successive Canadian federal Crown corporations.

The first Federal Bridge Corporation Limited was responsible for operating and managing the following bridges which until 1998 were managed by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority:

That FBCL is head-quartered in Ottawa. The Corporation reports to the Parliament through the Minister of Transport.

A Crown Corporation was formed to operate and manage all the bridges operated by the original Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, and the two bridges in Sarnia, managed by the Blue Water Bridge Authority.

The following bridges are managed by Federal Bridge Corporation as of November 2016.

The Blue Water Bridge Corporate Centre in Point Edward, Ontario was awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification on June 25, 2015. LEED certification is a distinction awarded by the Canada Green Building Council for the design and operation of high-performance green buildings. The Corporate Centre is a four-story building opened in 2011 as an administrative complex for Blue Water Bridge operations. Its certification plaque is posted in the lobby of the office building in Point Edward.

Unionized employees at the Blue Water Bridge were on strike from November 21 to December 9, 2016 in protest of labour contract terms. They had been without a contract since November 2014. Non-unionized employees and management covered most positions during the strike and bridge operations were mostly unaffected, although currency exchange services were unavailable and ATMs were shut down. On December 9, union and bridge officials arrived at a five-year agreement on labour terms retroactive to 2014, with employees returning to work on December 12, 2016. Approximately 50 employees of the Blue Water Bridge are unionized under the Public Service Alliance of Canada Union Local 501.
