Farsan County (Persian: شهرستان فارسان) is a county in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Farsan. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 90,111, in 19,878 families. The county contains one district: the Central District. The county has three cities: Farsan, Junqan, and Babaheydar.
