Farm to Market Road 1120 (FM 1120) is a farm-to-market road, a state-maintained highway that serves to connect rural and agricultural areas to market towns, in the U.S. state of Texas. The highway travels through Real County, beginning at an intersection with U.S. Highway 83 (US 83) just south of Leakey. The 7.5-mile-long (12.1 km) road travels south to the community of Rio Frio where it intersects FM 2748 where it heads west to terminate at the intersection with US 83.
FM 1120 travels along the Frio River until it head west towards US 83.
FM 1120 was designated on December 16, 1948 from US 83 south of Leakey southeast 3.1 miles. On May 3, 1949, another section was created from Rio Frio to US 83, replacing FM 1121. This created a gap in the route. On June 15, 1949, this gap was closed.
The entire route is in Real County.
