Fairview is a village in Belmont and Guernsey counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is part of the Wheeling, West Virginia Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 83 at the 2010 census.
Fairview was platted in 1814. The name Fairview is commendatory. A post office called Fairview was established in 1823, and remained in operation until 1991.
