Enrique "Wasabi" Marín Picón (Born September 2, 1986) is a Spanish professional mixed martial artist who competed in the UFC's Lightweight division. He was the runner up on The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2. He trains in Sutemi Fight Academy, in Spain.
Enrique was born in Seville, a city in Spain, he studied in the university getting the title of teacher of primary education. Marín started training Jujutsu at the age of 15 and then he started in Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He knew he wanted to practice MMA after watching some videos on VHS cassettes. On November 21, 2015, the finals of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2 took place in UFC Fight Night 78, he faced Erick Montano. After a close fight, Marin lost the fight in a split decision.
On July 9, 2016, Marin faced Sage Northcutt at UFC 200. Marin lost the fight in a very close unanimous decision. Marin was cut by the UFC following his loss to Sage Northcutt.
