Elena Fanchini (born 30 April 1985) is an alpine ski racer from Italy. She was born and lives in Val Camonica, she focuses on the speed events of downhill and super-G. Her younger sister Nadia also races on the Italian team.
Fanchini has two World Cup victories, both in downhill, which came nine years apart. She represented Italy at two Winter Olympics and four World Championships.
