Dowager Empress Gia Từ of the Lê clan (? - 1381) was empress consort to the Trần dynasty emperor Trần Duệ Tông and mother to his successor, Trần Phế Đế.
Lady Lê was born in Đại Lại village, Vĩnh Lộc district of Ái Châu (modern Hà Đông commune, Hà Trung, Thanh Hóa province). According to the Complete Annals of Đại Việt, Lady Lê was a younger cousin of the official Lê Quý Ly.
In April 1371, Prince Trần Kính was appointed heir apparent to his father Trần Nghệ Tông, at which point Lady Lê was enfeoffed as crown princess consort (Vietnamese: vương miện công chúa 皇太子妃). She was henceforth referred to as Consort Hiển Trinh (Vietnamese: Hiển Trinh thần phi 顯貞宸妃).
In 1372, Trần Nghệ Tông abdicated in favour of his son. On his ascension to emperor in 1373, Trần Duệ Tông granted his primary wife the title of empress (Vietnamese: hoàng hậu 皇后).
In 1377, Trần Duệ Tông was killed at the Battle of Vijjaya and Empress Hiển Trinh became a buddhist nun. After the death of his son, the retired emperor decreed in May 1377 that Duệ Tông's eldest son Trần Hiện should ascend the throne. Empress Hiển Trinh was thus titled Dowager Empress Gia Từ. According to the Dream Memoir of Southern Man, the dowager empress opposed the accession of her son as emperor, because she was afraid that it would be too dangerous.
