Dmitry Kharatyan PAR (born Dmitry Vadimovich Kharatyan (Russian: Дми́трий Вади́мович Харатья́н) 21 January 1960) is a Russian actor of Armenian descent.
He was born in Olmaliq, Uzbek SSR, Soviet Union (now Olmaliq, Tashkent Province, Uzbekistan). His debut was in Vladimir Menshov's Practical Joke in 1977.
In March 2014 he signed a letter in support of the position of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on Russian accession of Crimea.
